What song is playing in the background for a scene in the third episode of Bones?

While watching Bones on my iPod the other night (Episode: The Boy in
the Tree), while Booth and Brennan were searching through Nester's
room, I noticed a song is playing extremely faintly in the background.
I really can only hear it coming from the left side of my head phones.

I've looked all over, but I can't find what song it is! The only words
I can pick out are "I was right, and you were wrong"

PS, it's not by Deacon Blue or New Years Day, I tried.
